All orders are custom designed based on your style, color, design and size preference. It is very important to us that you receive the product that is right for you. Due to state health regulations, and the custom work involved, we cannot accept returns for our briefs. We also cannot accept personal underwear from any customer for orders.
Since we are unable to accept returns for our briefs, please be careful when ordering that you purchase the correct size. Sizes are clearly stated for each design. If you feel that you have ordered the wrong size, style or design please notify us by email immediately. Once your order ships, we cannot correct the issue.
For those of you new to packing, ask yourself how you want your packer to ride within your underwear? Briefs are more form fitting and the packer will appear in a higher, frontal position. Trunks are less form fitting and the packer will appear in a more mid-frontal position. And finally, boxers tend to be the least form fitting and the packer will appear in a lower fitting position.
How you wear your underwear will determine what underwear design you want for your packer. The tighter the underwear, the higher your packer will ride and the larger the bulge will appear. The looser the underwear, the lower the packer will ride. All of our pictures show a comfortable fit with the packer in a lower position giving a natural looking appearance.

TranZwear™ is branching off on it's own and has a new web site and web store. You will notice both similarities and differences with the previous store. We accept payment by credit card, and also offer payment through the PayPal system. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your transaction. A link will be provided ("Don't have a PayPal account?") that will allow you to pay for your order outside of PayPal.
